Worst service and rundown company. Stay away.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I LOVE my tub! It's been a truly a great investment that brings the family together. We use it almost every night. The relief from back pain is priceless! Thanks HotTubsInc, I'll be sending friends and family your way.

So I have a hot tub, and can't fill it or test it for 2 weeks.

I was told that if I didn't pay the balance, they could not leave the tub. I told them to take it back.

Purchased a master spa from Hot tubs, inc at a "show". Took delivery today. After it was put in place and my new deck was scratched in the process, I was then informed that they "don't know how, but one of the jets was cracked and they would need to send out a service technician to repair it".

I told them I would pay the balance AFTER repair done, as I have concerns that they can't guarantee there is no other damage, as the pipe inside the tub is also cracked and I was concerned that it might leak.

AND damaged my new deck in the process.

The delivery person took pictures and informed me he spoke to the service department and they have seen this damage before and have ordered the part and will repair it on 1/3/18.

Why they did not inform me BEFORE placing the tub on the deck, I cannot comprehend!

Absolutely loved my experience with Hot Tubs Inc. Through the process of choosing a spa, scheduling to get it delivered, getting it delivered, and dealing with the Service Dept. Highly recommend, sweet people and great communication. Love spending time in my NEW SPA!!!

They knew it was damaged while they had it on the truck, yet delivered it , reviewed chemicals, how to use and at the very end mentioned the damage literally after saying, "by the way..."

DO NOT DO BUSINESS. Owner Kevin Greenwell has 11 complaints to the better business bureau. Stay away from this company. He took my $7000 downpayment on a swim spa and refuses to provide any knowledge of my order. He refuses to take my phone calls, and ONLY when he feels like it will answer an email. He refers you to his incompetent secretary Jenna, who then refuses to take your call nor return your call. This has been an absolute nightmare.

The delivery person called their supervisor after I requested he do so.

I was told they could not leave a tub if not paid for.

I'll post a follow up AFTER scheduled repairs are done.
