The food was exactly what you expect but they ALWAYS got something wrong on my orders or if was missing. I'd sometimes get drinks an hour and a half after my pizza.
At this point I'm pretty sure the people here are incapable of getting our address correct even if we put the specific instructions in the driver instruction space online. Orders also take more like an hour than 30-40 min. Probably will not order from here in the future.
The order took over an hour due to lack of drivers. But our order was correct, hot & delicious. In fact I called the store back to LTK how pleased we were. Next time, we will order from the Dunkirk store again!!
Best pizza love me some papa John's and you can dine in! They have a few tables set up. Who doesn't love an easy dinner with no clean up!
We ordered then waited 2 hours for food. We finally called to ask what happened and they told us they delivered it and no one answered. Well we have FOUR dogs. All of them bark when they hear someone at the door. Well none of them barked and we heard nothing. They told us that we couldn't get the food because they ate/threw it away and they refused to remake and deliver it. So I paid $40.00 for no food. Awful service. Never ordering from here AGAIN!
