Late. Very unprofessional. I was very reasonable to Bobby and the rest of the staff but I didn't even receive a call to let us know that they were going to be more than a half an hour late. All I wanted was a call. A very simple, basic, courtesy call. Spoiler alert...no call came. If this is their standard of service than I pity all the families that utilize their services.
They were awesome! Took care of my every need. They made my husband's funeral service so beautiful.

The death of a loved one is always traumatic, but Michael, Bill and the folks at Rauch's made the process so much easier for us on both occasions.
