Dr. Finch is the MAN! He's an awesome Dentist and has been our family dentist for years. His hours are great, his services and prices are great and his staff are the best ever!

I have been going to dr finch for 2 years, along with my 12 year old daughter. The first tooth he fixed, 2nd premolars on the mandibular left needed a filling. So he filled it and made it worse it hurt for days after and would hurt randomly on and off ever since. I came back he did an X-ray and did nothing else to fix it. He continued on to doing a few other teeth where he made them worse. I came back a year later for a maxillary molar on the left same area where he worked on. He did the work and made it worse this time my face was swollen for 2 weeks and bruised. I called and left a message and they never called me back about a week ago. Then i finally go in and the assistant tells me I need to take my sons diaper with me because I don't know how bad it stinks to people who dont have kids. I told her the diaper was in an air tight arm and hammer bag that wouldn't let any smell out for days . Unfortunately I had to change the baby on the floor because there was no where to change him in the bathroom . The bathroom had a school age boy that had just pooped in the bathroom and left the door open and the fan off, I had to hold my breathe to go in and drop the air tight diaper in the can. That also contributed to the smell in the office . I told her that had just happend and she still continued her verbal assault even after she had made her point and I agreed to take it, mind you the entire time I had his pants in a bag in the room with us that she couldn't smell because it was air tight . She just had no manners and had no business being a dental assistant. On top of this the dentist dr finch hid in the back . He never came out to get control on the situation instead he called upfront to see if I was still there. I requested my dental records from another associate so that I could get help from somewhere else and she agreed but told me i couldn't get it right now that i would have to wait what she made sound like a very long time or that I would have to sign a release and I would get it at a later date. I asked her why, she said I could't just demand my records . I told her I have every right to get my records right now and that she couldn't with hold them just because the assistant got rude with me. She continued to defend the rude assistant saying she had a kid too and her request wasn't rude. I went outside to leave and the dental hygienist came out and apologized to me about the woman's rude behavior. She offered to take the xray for me so we could get it done and I agreed but after I got my records she never came out to get me. So my recommendation is that
